Shanese Graves

Shanese Graves, MPH, currently serves as the Senior Director of Grants and Contracts at Enterprise Community Partners, a position held since July 2023. With extensive experience in grants management, Shanese previously held the role of Vice President of Programs and Grants at Unity Health Care from January 2012 to June 2023, as well as Director of Grants Management. Additional experience includes working as a Private Grants Management Specialist at Unity Health Care Foundation and a Grant Manager/Prevention Program Coordinator at Health Education Resources Organization (HERO). Prior roles include serving as a Public Health Analyst at the Health Resources and Services Administration and Program Director at Barney Neighborhood House. Educational achievements include an MPH in Community and Preventive Health from The George Washington University, a Certificate in Business Management from the University of Maryland, and a Certificate in Healthcare Project Management from American University. Shanese also holds a BS in Biology/Pre-Med from Xavier University of Louisiana, complemented by minors in Chemistry and English.
