Hannele Känd

Hannele Känd currently serves as Events and Visits Manager for Invest Estonia at EAS - Enterprise Estonia, responsible for organizing local and international events and managing partner collaborations. Hannele has extensive experience in event management, notably as Head of Volunteers and Head Quarters & Accommodation Manager for the Viljandi Folk Music Festival. Hannele also contributes to academia as a Visiting Lecturer in arts management and communication at several universities. Previous roles include Head of the Performance Department and Head of Communication at SA Eesti Noorsooteater and various positions in project management and communication within educational institutions. Hannele holds a Master's degree in Culture Management and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the University of Tartu, complemented by a high school diploma.
