Siim Kinnas

Siim Kinnas serves as the Head of the Technology Transfer Unit at EIS since May 2018, focusing on establishing corporate technology transfer as a standard strategy and operational practice. Previously, Siim Kinnas held various roles at the University of Tartu from 2005 to 2018, including Project Lead for ADAPTER, where the technology transfer network was developed, and Head of the Intellectual Property Unit, overseeing the commercialization of IPR and industrial relations. Siim Kinnas's early experience includes managing a work environment laboratory, ensuring quality systems, and fostering client relations. Siim Kinnas earned an M.Sc.Tech. in Material Science from the University of Tartu from 2001 to 2009, following studies at Pärnu Sütevaka Grammar School from 1994 to 2001.
