Richard began a career in business development and project management at RE Marketing Solutions, where significant growth was achieved, and started as a Production Assistant at Manex Visual Effects Studio, contributing to award-winning projects. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Arizona State University and has further education from ArtCenter College of Design.
