Lauren Chen

Lauren Chen serves as the Program and Evaluation Director at Enterprise for Youth, where responsibilities include defining key performance indicators and implementing evaluation tools to measure program impact. Previously, roles included Program and Evaluation Manager at the same organization, Academic Operations Manager at Coney Island Prep, and Program Manager at Explore Charter School, all focusing on data management, program evaluation, and assessment coordination. Lauren began a career as a Community Organizing Intern at Citizen Action of New York, alongside several roles in administrative support and curriculum development. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Binghamton University, and has experience studying at the University of Melbourne.
