Michelle Richards is an accomplished sales and project management professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Sales Enablement Manager and Inside Sales Manager at Enterprise Health since January 2020, Michelle oversees the Inside Sales Team's growth and performance while assisting in recruitment efforts. Previously, Michelle was a Senior Business Development professional at Princeton TMX, where processes for B2B marketing and CRM automation were established. At VOSS Automotive, Michelle functioned as Internal Sales Coordinator and Prototype Project Manager, managing projects from concept to delivery. A former Project Manager at TransWorks, over 200 software project releases were directed, significantly enhancing market presence. Michelle's earlier roles at Frontier Communications involved various responsibilities, including billing, operations, and resource management, all contributing to a solid sales background.
