David Bongo, PMP, CSM, SAFe, Prosci

David Bongo, PMP, CSM, SAFe, Prosci has extensive work experience in IT management and project management. David began their career as an IT Management Consultant, BA, and Developer at Chase - Chemical Bank, where they guided the divisional CIO and managed various programs and projects, including strategic planning, business/technology alignment, and application development.

David then worked at SAP as a Project Manager and Application Consultant, where they led multiple SAP implementations and managed the first agile SAP implementation. David also developed components of the Accelerated SAP (ASAP) methodology and worked on project planning, business process reengineering, configuration, integration, and training. Additionally, David served as an instructor for SAP classes and supported the sales team with RFP responses and demos.

After their time at SAP, David joined UniTech Consulting as an SAP Practice Manager. In this role, they launched and managed the SAP practice, acquiring major clients such as Deutsche Bank, Roche, and BMW. David was responsible for all aspects of the practice, including business/marketing strategy, client relationships, and project management. David's expertise in SAP components and methodologies helped grow the practice's revenue to over $6M annually.

Currently, David works as a Senior Program Manager at Enterprise Integration Partners. David focuses on transforming organizations by implementing IT solutions and strategies. David has experience in planning and managing the full lifecycle of complex global programs, preparing RFPs and proposals, and delivering solutions using Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies. David is also skilled in change management (OCM).

Throughout their career, David has demonstrated strong leadership abilities, successfully managing teams of up to 35 members and program budgets up to $11M. David has developed partnerships with firms like SAP America and closed deals with C-level executives in various industries.
