Bill O'Shea is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in sales, marketing, and business development across various sectors. Currently serving as a Business Mentor at Enterprise Ireland since February 2021, Bill is dedicated to fostering the growth of Irish enterprises in global markets. As Vice President and Managing Director for EMEA at Udemy, a prominent online learning platform, Bill oversees operations that support over 7,000 enterprise customers. Previously, Bill held multiple leadership roles at Qualtrics, leading sales teams throughout EMEA, and spent over two decades at Dell in various capacities, including Executive Sales Director and Marketing Director, where significant revenue portfolios were developed and business strategies executed across multiple regions. Bill holds a Bachelor of Business Management in Marketing from Trinity College Dublin.
