Deirdre Glenn

Deirdre Glenn (Walsh) currently serves as the Head of Food Start Ups, Food FDI, and Food Tech & Digitalisation at Enterprise Ireland, a position held since January 2002. Deirdre has held various roles within the organization, including Commercialisation Director in the Research & Innovation Division and Director of Lifesciences & Food Commercialisation. Prior to this, Deirdre worked at Cantab Pharmaceuticals from August 1995 to December 2001 as a Business Development Manager, focusing on in-licensing, out-licensing, and collaborative agreements in the biopharmaceutical sector. Deirdre holds a Diploma in Strategy and Innovation from the Irish Management Institute and has a DBS from Smurfit Business School, University College Dublin, as well as a degree in Biotechnology from Dublin City University.
