Enterprise Ireland
Leo McAdams joined Enterprise Ireland in 1996 as a Marketing Advisor with the Paris office. Prior to joining Enterprise Ireland, he worked for a number of tech companies based in Paris, including acting as Export Manager for a French SME. From 1999-2007 he held Management positions in Enterprise Ireland offices in Spain and Italy before joining Investment Services Division in 2007 based in Dublin.
As Manager of the Equity Department from 2008 to 2012, Leo was responsible for the management of Enterprise Ireland's equity portfolio.
In March 2012, he became Manager of the Financial Services & BPO Department responsible for supporting both start-ups and established Fintech companies and established BPO companies. In July 2015 he was appointed Divisional Manager ICT & ITS extending his responsibilities to all Services and Technology client companies. In 2017, he was appointed Divisional Manager for the International Sales & Partnering Division and has responsibility for EIs overseas network of 33 offices. Leo is a graduate of Trinity College Dublin where he studied Business Studies. He also completed an MBA with the Open University. Leo now leads the Investment Services Division.
