Lorraine Allen

Lorraine Allen is a seasoned professional in the fields of innovation and business development with extensive experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Founder of Brand Innovation Ireland, Lorraine also holds significant positions as a board member of Bord Bia - The Irish Food Board, chair of the Consumer Foods Board, and a strategy committee member. Additional roles include board member and chair of the Audit & Risk Committee at Research Ireland and innovation expert for the European Commission focusing on DeepTech Start-ups. Lorraine contributes to EIT Food as an incubator business expert and advises Bactolife while providing mentorship as a business growth advisor for Enterprise Ireland and consultant for Local Enterprise Offices. Previous roles include leadership positions at Glanbia Performance Nutrition and Kellogg Europe. Lorraine’s educational background includes a Post Graduate in the Marketing Development Programme from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing & Management from University College Cork.
