Travis Fitts

Travis Fitts has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Travis began their career in 1988 at Transocean, where they served as the Director of Human Resources. After almost two decades there, they moved on to Scorpion Offshore as the Vice President of HR and HSE. In 2011, they joined Sidewinder Drilling Inc. as the Senior Vice President and CAO, remaining in that role until 2018. Following that, they spent two years at Independence Contract Drilling as the Senior Vice President of HSE and HR. In 2020, they became the General Manager of Rolling F Farms, LTD. Currently, Travis is holding two roles at Enterprise Offshore Drilling, where they serve as the Vice President of HR and IT, as well as the Senior Vice President and CFO.

Travis Fitts completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mineral Engineering from The University of Alabama, where they studied from 1977 to 1981. Later, from 1998 to 2000, they pursued an MBA from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business.
