Charlie san Miguel

Charlie San Miguel has extensive experience in the legal field, primarily in the energy industry. Charlie began their career at Locke Lord Bissell & Liddell LLP, where they specialized in corporate and securities law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Charlie then moved on to Huntsman International LLC, where they served as the primary counsel for the company's Advanced Materials and Textile Effects divisions in the Americas, handling a range of contracts and transactions. San Miguel then joined Direct Energy Upstream & Trading, where they held various legal roles, including Director and Senior Legal Counsel. Charlie was responsible for legal matters involving the company's upstream and downstream businesses in North America. In 2014, San Miguel joined Enterprise Products as Vice President - Legal, where they served as the managing counsel and provided legal support for M&A, joint venture, and other strategic transactions. In 2019, they transitioned to Texas Monthly as General Counsel.
