Derek Laflamme

Derek Laflamme is a seasoned professional in human resources and recruitment with extensive experience in multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Representative and Senior Recruiter at Enterprise Products since January 2020, Derek previously held the role of Recruiter at Buckeye Partners from January 2019 to January 2020. Prior to this, experience includes working as a Full Cycle Recruiter at Reliant Nationwide Staffing and as a Senior Engineering Technician at QDC Services. Derek began a career in the US Navy, where responsibilities included Sonar Technician and Work Center Supervisor from August 2005 to September 2014. Derek Laflamme earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University, completing the degree in June 2023.
