Natalie Guillot Degler

Natalie Guillot Degler, P.E., PMP, has a robust background in engineering and project management, currently serving as the Director of Maintenance at Enterprise Products since October 2017, after progressing through roles including Regional Maintenance Manager, Field Engineering Manager, and Senior Project Engineer - Facilities. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager at SYCON International from June 2014 to October 2017, and as an Engineer at HLP Engineering, Inc. from August 2011 to June 2014. Natalie began a career in engineering as a Process Engineer at OxyChem from May 2007 to August 2011. Educationally, Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University, earned between 2003 and 2008.
