Praveen Pradeep

Praveen Pradeep, PE has a strong background in control engineering, with experience in various industries. Praveen is currently the Founder, Owner, and Operator of Novator Quartz LLC since September 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Enterprise Products as a Control Engineer IV and Controls Team Lead for the Propane Dehydrogenation Plant. Praveen also served as a Control Engineer III and Controls Team Lead for a new Propane Dehydrogenation Plant. Pradeep was previously employed by INEOS as a Control Engineer III for a Polyethylene Plant and as a Control Engineer II for Polypropylene and Utilities Plants. Praveen started their career at bp, where they worked as a Control Engineer I for the Crude Distillation Unit and later as a Control Engineer I for the Tank Farm and Oil Movement.

Praveen Pradeep, PE holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, completed between 2016 and 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Houston from 2014 to 2016. Praveen'sundergraduate studies were completed at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Business. Pradeep has also obtained additional certifications, including Python for Machine Learning & Data Science Masterclass and the 2022 Complete Python Bootcamp From Zero to Hero in Python from Udemy. Praveen is also a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Texas, which was obtained in December 2022 through the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors.
