Randy Samora

Randy Samora has extensive experience in data protection and backup solutions, serving as the Lead Backup Specialist at Enterprise Products since April 2009, where responsibilities include devising and implementing a comprehensive data protection architecture. Samora also holds a Senior Backup Specialist position at ENTERPRISE INC and has previously founded Truth in IT, working as a Backup Specialist from 1998 to 2014. Prior roles include Data Backup & Recovery Engineer and Senior Backup Specialist at Stewart Professional Services, with a focus on the protection, backup, archive, and restoration of over 50TB of data across more than 700 Windows clients using Symantec NetBackup Enterprise. Additionally, Samora served as IT Manager at Matagorda County Courthouse from April 1994 to April 1996. Education was obtained from The University of Texas at Austin from 1981 to 1986.
