Scott Kellogg

Scott Kellogg is a seasoned professional with over 35 years of experience in the engineering and technical services sectors. Since July 2001, Scott has held various senior leadership roles at Enterprise Products, currently serving as Senior Director of Technical Services, responsible for company standards, specifications, and the Approved Manufacturers List. Previous roles include Senior Director of Field Engineering, overseeing approximately 100 engineers and small capital projects, and Director of Field Engineering for the Houston and Gulf Coast Regions, managing significant improvement and construction projects. Scott’s earlier experience includes positions at PCS Nitrogen, Apache Nitrogen Products, Sonoco, and service as a Lieutenant in the US Navy, where Scott operated and maintained a Naval Nuclear Reactor. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Colorado State University.
