Seth Barnes

Seth Barnes is an experienced HR professional with a diverse range of roles and responsibilities. Seth began their career at Powerwell Services - Expro as a Regional HR Manager from 2004 to 2006. From there, they joined ExxonMobil and held various positions, including HR Advisor from 2006 to 2013, Human Resources Manager at SeaRiver Maritime from 2013 to 2015, Global Functions HR Manager for Production from 2015 to 2018, HR Manager for Upstream Integrated Solutions from 2018 to 2020, and HR Manager for Permian Basin at XTO Energy from 2020 to 2021. Most recently, they worked at Plains All American as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner from 2021 to 2022 before joining Enterprise Products in 2022 as their Human Resources Director. In March 2023, Seth took on a new role as Senior Director of Human Resources at Enterprise Products. Throughout their career, they have successfully implemented HR initiatives, led teams, and navigated challenging business environments. Seth is certified as a SHRM-SCP and holds an MS degree.

Seth Barnes, SHRM-SCP, MS, holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Educational Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University. Seth also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English from the same institution. In terms of additional certifications, Seth obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM in November 2022. Furthermore, they completed leadership development programs at Thunderbird School of Global Management and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2019 and 2015, respectively.
