Ian McPherson FRCSA (Life) has had a diverse work experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. Ian started their career as a Recruiter at Extraman Ltd in 1992 and later joined Adecco in 1995 in the same role. In 2000, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Enterprise Recruitment & People, where they played a key role in the company's operations. In 2004, they joined RCSA Australia and New Zealand, serving as a Board Member and later as a member of the New Zealand Council. During their tenure, they contributed to setting industry standards and promoting professional conduct. In 2018, they received the prestigious RCSA Outstanding Contribution to Industry award, recognizing their commitment to leading and collaborating in the world of work. Currently, they serve on the Advisory Board of OneScope Incorporated, further leveraging their expertise and experience in the field.
Ian McPherson FRCSA (Life) pursued their tertiary education at Lincoln University (NZ) from 1990 to 1991, concentrating on the field of Commerce. Prior to that, they attended St Bedes College between 1982 and 1985, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period. In 2020, McPherson obtained a certification in the Code of Professional Conduct from RCSA Australia and New Zealand.
