Terry Chandler Pmp C

Terry Chandler, Ph.D., PMP, CSM has several years of experience in various roles within the fields of performance management, executive consulting, and program management. Currently, Terry is the Director of Performance Management Portfolio at ERPi, where they oversee the performance management initiatives. Prior to this role, Terry served as an Executive Consultant at ERPi, supporting acquisition activities for a major HR information technology refresh project. Before joining ERPi, Terry worked at SRA International as a Master Strategist, Senior Principal, and Program Manager for over 10 years. Their expertise in these areas allows Terry to provide valuable insights and guidance to organizations in the federal government sector. Earlier in their career, Terry held the position of Technical Director at Galaxy Scientific Corporation for over a decade. Throughout their career, Terry has demonstrated a strong commitment to achieving success in their roles and contributing to the growth and development of the organizations they have worked with.

Terry Chandler holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Oregon, which was obtained from 1986 to 1990. During the same period, Terry also earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same institution. Prior to that, from 1984 to 1986, Terry pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science Education at the University of Oregon.

Terry completed their undergraduate education at Denison University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in 1978. Their Bachelor's degree was a double major in Biology and Philosophy.

In addition to their formal education, Terry has obtained several certifications. In 2009, Terry became a certified Project Management Professional through the Project Management Institute. In 2010, they obtained a DOD Top Secret certification from OPM. Finally, in 2013, Terry became a Certified ScrumMaster through the Scrum Alliance, Inc.
