John Servantes

John Servantes is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a SAFe Agile Team Member at the Enterprise Services Center (ESC) since October 2016, with a focus on furthering expertise in the SAFe Agile Framework. Prior roles at ESC include SAFe Agilist and Accounts Representative, emphasizing business development and customer relationship management, as well as technical positions including Computer Specialist and management of government system hosting accounts. Servantes has a robust background in system administration, having contributed to the US Army and the US Air Force as well as gaining valuable experience at various positions with the Federal Aviation Administration since 2005. Servantes holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
