Edmund Lui

Edmund Lui is a Senior Assistant Director at A*STAR, overseeing the Innovation and Enterprise at the National Platform Coordinating Office since December 2022. With extensive experience in program, project, risk, and grant management, Edmund also serves as a Technical Assessor at Enterprise Singapore, assessing laboratories against ISO/IEC 17025 standards. Previously, Edmund held various roles at Singapore Polytechnic, including Course Chair for the Diploma in Biomedical Science and the Diploma in Biotechnology, where responsibilities included teaching, research management, and securing research grants. Educational qualifications include two MBAs from IE University and Singapore Management University, a Ph.D. from Queensland University of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Queensland, along with numerous certifications in relevant fields.
