Ted Tan

Ted Tan currently serves as an Operating Partner at Heliconia Capital Management and has been with the firm since August 2021, advising on investments and accelerating the growth of Singapore-based companies. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Ted has held positions such as Deputy CEO at Enterprise Singapore and former Deputy CEO at SPRING Singapore and International Enterprise Singapore. Prior to these roles, Ted was an SVP at CSE, where responsibilities included driving digitalisation and automation, and Ted also played a crucial role in leading a fintech subsidiary through its IPO. Earlier in his career, Ted held the position of President and CEO at Cendant Corporation in the U.S. and turned around the operations of Telsis Services Limited in Asia. Education includes advanced management programs at Harvard and INSEAD, complemented by an MBA from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Windsor.
