Wei Shan B.

Wei Shan B. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in startup ecosystem development and community engagement. Currently serving as a Venture Fellow at Insignia Ventures Academy, Wei Shan also holds the position of Senior Development Partner at Enterprise Singapore, focusing on startup ecosystem initiatives and the Singapore-South Asian business landscape. Previous roles include volunteer experience with Singapore Red Cross and various operational and training positions within the Singapore Civil Defence Force. Wei Shan has also planned and executed events for Concept 360 Pte Ltd and engaged in educational programming with Wildlife Reserves Singapore. Wei Shan holds a Bachelor of Communication Studies from Nanyang Technological University and an Advanced Diploma in Emergency Response and Incident Management from the Civil Defence Academy.
