Alok Kumar

Alok Kumar has a diverse work experience in the IT and engineering services staffing industry. Alok started their career as an Apprentice Trainee at HCL Infosystems Ltd. in 2014. Alok then worked as a Technical Recruiter at RG Talent Inc., where they gained experience in US recruitments and performed tasks such as sourcing, interviewing, and salary negotiations. In 2016, Alok joined AMSASSCORP as a Senior Tech Recruiter, where they focused on recruiting and hiring technical professionals. In 2018, they became a Senior Technical Recruiter at Infotree Service Inc., a leading professional services organization. At Infotree, Alok provided contingent staffing, permanent staffing, and managed services across multiple regions. Currently, they are working as a Senior IT Recruiter at Enterprise Solutions Inc., a leading minority-owned IT and engineering services staffing firm.

Alok Kumar graduated from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University with a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Information Technology in 2015. In addition to their degree, they obtained multiple certifications from Aspiring Minds in November 2014, including proficiency in English, English comprehension, business analysis, business consulting, channel sales, collections, customer service, data processing, software development training, and telesales.
