Shamu Biswas

Shamu Biswas has a diverse work experience starting from 2014. Shamu began as a Technical Support Executive at Isafe Solutions LLC, where they provided service and support to end-users using automated call distribution software. In 2015, they joined Esteemed Technologies LLC as a Senior Technical Support Executive, monitoring sales and technician performance and providing assistance to the team. From 2018 to 2021, they served as a Senior Business Development Executive at SAPster IT Consulting, where their responsibilities included meeting existing clients for incremental revenue and acquiring new clients through tradeshows and exhibitions. In 2021, they joined IDC Technologies Solutions Pvt Ltd as a Technical Recruiter, screening, selecting, and submitting candidates for job orders. Currently, starting from 2022, they are working as a Technical Recruiter at Enterprise Solutions Inc.

Shamu Biswas completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from Delhi University (sol) from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2010, they earned a Diploma of Education in Electronic and Communications Engineering from Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute Of Technology. Additionally, in September 2022, Shamu obtained certifications in Cultural Competence in the Workplace V2, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion in the Workplace V4, and Unconscious Bias V3.1 from Traliant.
