Shane O'Neill

Shane O'Neill is an experienced IT professional specializing in end-user computing architecture. Currently serving as Principal EUC Architect at Enterprise Solutions since October 2019, Shane previously held the position of Advisory Engineer at CVS Health from November 2018 to September 2019, focusing on the architecture of Citrix environments and Azure deployments. Prior to that, Shane worked at Aetna from February 2008 to November 2018, progressing through roles including Engineer Advisor and Senior Engineer, where responsibilities included the design and support of extensive virtual environments. Shane's expertise encompasses Microsoft Graph API automation, Office 365, and cross-regional support for various international locations. Shane holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Munster Technological University, awarded in 2008.
