Sudhir Jaiswal

Sudhir Jaiswal is the President & CEO at Enterprise System Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Sudhir has over 20 years of experience in the corporate sector, with a focus on finance and commercial planning.

Sudhir started their career with Tata Steel as a Graduate Trainee in 1988. Sudhir spent the next 19 years with the company, rising to the role of Chief, Corporate & Project Finance. In 2007, they left Tata Steel to join Ashok Leyland as Special Director - Business Development.

In 2008, Sudhir joined Mahindra Rise as Vice President - Commercial & Planning, International Operations. Sudhir spent the next 11 years with the company, helping to grow it into a leading global automotive manufacturer.

In 2019, Sudhir left Mahindra Rise to join Enterprise System Solutions Pvt. Ltd as President & CEO. Sudhir is currently leading the company through a period of rapid growth and expansion.

Sudhir Jaiswal has a Fulbright Fellowship from Carnegie Mellon University in the advanced programme on leadership. Sudhir also has a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in MBA - Marketing & Finance from XLRI Jamshedpur, India and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Regional Insitute of Technology, Jamshedpur, India. Sudhir is also a C.F.A. from ICFAI, Hyderabad, India. Sudhir Jaiswal is also a member of RIJUE (Research Institute of Japan, UK and Europe). Sudhir has completed an online short course in Blockchain Technologies from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a short programme in Building Global enterprise in India from Harvard Business School.
