Audrey Irwin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and customer service management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Technical Support at EDB since June 2022, Audrey leads a technical support team for a $150M global technology enterprise and is the key support manager for EDB’s top client. Prior to this role, Audrey held positions including IT Customer Service Manager at Elevations Credit Union, where a 98% customer satisfaction rate was achieved, and Director of Customer Service at Ardent Mills, achieving a 96% satisfaction rate.
