John Lalicker

John Lalicker currently serves as Director of Customer Success at EDB, having previously held the same position at Tetrate, where key accomplishments included establishing a global Customer Success function and driving customer health and engagement among C-level stakeholders. Prior to Tetrate, John was a Senior Principal Customer Success Manager at MuleSoft, where responsibilities included overseeing large enterprise customers and enhancing team performance through mentorship. John's career began at Capgemini as a Manager, where complex solutions for diverse industries were developed, followed by roles as a Software Developer at Telisite and a Co-op Engineer at AMD. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
