Richard Hill

Richard (Rick) Hill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in database engineering and sales engineering, particularly in the public sector. Currently serving as the Sales Engineering Director for EDB's Public Sector Team since October 2020, Rick previously held roles as a Senior Database Engineer and DevOps Technical Lead at various companies, including Riptide Software, Inc., and SOLUTE. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Rick has worked with major database systems such as PostgreSQL and Oracle, and has a strong background in both technical support and recruitment within the military context. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration and Management from Excelsior University.
