Danielle Schmidt

Danielle Schmidt is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles within corporate legal departments and law firms. Currently serving as Corporate Counsel at Enterprise Mobility since September 2024, Danielle previously held the position of Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for the OPH Division at EyeCare Partners from October 2022 to August 2024. Danielle's background includes serving as Counsel at Lathrop GPM LLP and holding attorney roles at Chicago Law Partners, Mandell Menkes, Troutman Sanders, and Lathrop & Gage. A graduate of Washington University in St. Louis School of Law with a JD, Danielle also earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
