Margi Dolan

Margi Dolan, senior vice president of human resources for Enterprise Mobility, is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization’s global HR operations and the continued attraction, engagement and development of its 90,000-strong team.

Dolan began her Enterprise Mobility career in 1994 as a management trainee in St. Louis. Over the next decade, her career journey led her to positions in business rental, daily rental and talent acquisition, where she developed and honed her role as a people-centric leader. In 2005, she was promoted to group HR manager in St. Louis. Four years later, she earned a promotion to corporate HR manager, and subsequently, assistant vice president for the South Central team.

In 2013, Dolan took on a new opportunity as VP of HR in North Carolina, where she led the HR team across five regions. In 2015, she relocated back to St. Louis to support the Canadian team. During this time, the organization made several acquisitions, and her guidance led to smooth cultural integrations for new team members.

In early 2020, Dolan transitioned to VP of HR supporting corporate headquarters, playing an instrumental role in helping the organization navigate the global pandemic. She also worked with senior executives to launch an employee engagement and inclusion survey.

In 2022, Dolan joined Enterprise Fleet Management as VP of HR where she oversaw all human resources initiatives across the fleet management business. In 2026, Dolan was promoted to the executive team and assumed her current role leading Human Resources for Enterprise Mobility.

Dolan received a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Mississippi.
