Mark Carter

Mark Carter is currently the Regional Security Manager at Vanguard Car Rental and the Corporate Security and Investigations Manager at Enterprise Holdings, roles they have held since 2002. They previously worked as a Loss Prevention Investigator at Winn Dixie Stores from 1999 to 2002 and served as a Deputy Sheriff Supervisor in Criminal Investigations at the Douglas County Sheriff's Department from 1987 to 1999. Mark earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Columbus State University, after studying Political Science at Georgia Southern University. They also held the position of Past-President of the International Association of Auto Theft Investigators for the South East Regional Chapter.
