Bradd Hayes has had a long and varied career in the military and academia. Bradd began their career in 1971 with the US Navy, where they served as a helicopter pilot and strategist, commanding Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron Six and serving as Strategy & Policy Officer for CINCUSNAVEUR, RAND fellow, and analyst at the Naval War College. In 1992, they became a Professor at the U.S. Naval War College. Most recently, they have been the Senior Director of Communications and Research at Enterra Solutions, LLC.
Bradd Hayes earned their Master of Science in National Security from the Naval Postgraduate School between 1977 and 1979. Prior to that, they received their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Utah between 1968 and 1971.
