Darrel Lowery

Vice President, Program Management at Enterra Solutions

Darrel Lowery has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry. Darrel began their career in 1987 as a Senior Logistics Engineer at Newport News Shipbuilding. In 1992, they moved to AmerInd Inc (now part of General Dynamics IT) as Director, IT Technology and Program Manager. In 1999, they joined NCI Information Systems as Vice President, Civilian Agencies, where they directed new business initiatives and managed numerous technology projects. In 2018, they became Senior Policy Advisor at Elpis, Center for IoT Security. Currently, they are Vice President, Program Management at Enterra Solutions, where they lead program management strategies and project planning, service quality, and successful fulfillment of customer expectations.

Darrel Lowery obtained their MASE in Marine Structural Engineering from Texas A&M University Galveston Campus between 1979 and 1982. Darrel also has certifications in Arctic Survival from the US Navy, Curriculum Development from the US Navy, UN Logistical Support for Peacekeeping Operations from William & Mary, Chemical-terrorism Vulnerability Information from the US Department of Homeland Security, Emergency Management from FEMA, and Federal Energy Management from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE).
