Roxanne Armbruster

Roxanne Armbruster currently serves as the Chief of People & Organizational Effectiveness at Enterra Solutions, LLC, leading initiatives that enhance talent alignment and drive performance. Previously, Roxanne held the position of Chief of Staff and Chief Human Resources Officer at Harvard Law School, where strategic advisory and operational leadership supported a large staff and student body. Experience as Director of Business Operations at Ropes & Gray LLP involved advancing key initiatives in support services and operations. Additional roles included Senior Manager of Business Operations at The Hanover Insurance Group, Director of Human Resources at Ropes & Gray LLP, and various HR positions at TJX, including support for a significant number of associates. Roxanne began a career in Human Resources as a Yeoman in the United States Coast Guard. Academically, Roxanne holds a Master of Science in Corporate and Organizational Communication and a Bachelor of Science in Leadership, both from Northeastern University.
