Frans Labuschagne has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple roles and companies.

Frans began their career at Standard Bank as a Product Manager in 1998. Frans then moved on to PIC Solutions, where they served as the Head of Sales & Marketing from 2002 to 2005. Following this, they joined Fair Isaac as the Sales Director for Continental Europe from 2005 to 2008.

Labuschagne then joined S1 Corporation, where they held positions as the Vice President of Global Sales & Marketing for S1 Enterprise from 2008 to 2009, and as the Divisional General Manager from 2009 to 2012. Thereafter, they briefly worked at ACI Worldwide as a Sales Director for the EMEA region in 2012, due to the acquisition of S1 Corporation by ACI Worldwide.

In the same year, Labuschagne joined FICO as the Vice President and Managing Director for EMEA, where they stayed until 2013. Frans then took on the role of Director of Global Financial Services at Telrock from 2013 to 2014.

Labuschagne's next career move was to Opera Solutions, where they were the Senior Vice President of Advanced Solutions from 2015 to 2015, and they later became the Senior Vice President & Managing Director for EMEA from 2015 to 2016.

Since 2017, Labuschagne has been working at Entersekt in the role of Vice President in Global Channel Partnerships. Entersekt is a fintech solutions innovator that provides secure and convenient digital experiences to customers using its mobile identity system.

Throughout their career, Labuschagne has gained expertise in various sectors, including financial services, analytics, and sales.

Frans Labuschagne completed the Executive Leaders Program in Executive Education at Emory University - Goizueta Business School in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Com. Hons. degree in Economics from the University of Johannesburg between 1987 and 1992.
