Pieter de Swardt

Pieter de Swardt has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Pieter started their career as a Senior Consultant at Ceenex in 2000 and worked there until 2005. Pieter then joined Nedbank and held various positions such as Process Portfolio Manager, Business Consultant, Delivery Manager, Services Manager, and Business Support Manager. During their time at Nedbank, they were responsible for managing mobile and digital services, facilitating commercial agreements, and overseeing IT projects and service portfolios. In 2016, Pieter joined Discovery Limited as a Business Engineer, where they were involved in the functional design and implementation of core banking and pricing solutions. Currently, Pieter is with Entersekt, where they started in 2019 as the Country Manager for South Africa. Pieter was later promoted to the role of Senior Vice President for Sales Operations, leading a central Sales Operations team responsible for sales enablement and overall productivity.

Pieter de Swardt completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pretoria from 1997 to 2000. Pieter then pursued their Master of Engineering degree in Management of Technology from the same university, which they completed from 2003 to 2005. In 2009, Pieter obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
