Rikus Jordaan

Rikus Jordaan is the Head of Legal at Entersekt since September 2021, where responsibilities include leading complex contract negotiations with international banks and financial institutions for strategic relationships and overseeing legal, regulatory compliance, and company secretarial teams. Prior to this role, Rikus served as Senior Legal Counsel and Head of Legal at JUMO.WORLD, providing legal guidance for fintech operations across multiple countries and negotiating strategic agreements. Rikus has also held positions such as Head of Legal and Banking at wiGroup, Associate Counsel at Visa Cape Town, and Legal Counsel at Fundamo, gaining extensive experience in mobile financial services and regulatory matters. Rikus completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a B.Com (Law) at Stellenbosch University.
