Ryan Singh

Ryan Singh is the SVP, Accounting & Finance at Entertainment Benefits Group, LLC. Ryan has over 9 years of experience in accounting and finance, and has held previous positions as the Vice President, Controller at Vitacost.com from September 2010 to March 2020. In this role, they oversaw daily operations of the accounting and finance department, and was actively involved in the decision-making process as a member of the executive leadership team. Ryan also served as primary legislative liaison relative to financial matters.

Singh has extensive experience in leading accounting functions, coordinating and directing the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, and monitoring and analyzing monthly operating results against budget. Ryan is responsible for the evaluation of all significant accounting transactions, research and implementation of relevant accounting technical standards, and preparation of technical accounting memos supporting all accounting positions. Additionally, they have directed compliance functions under the Sarbanes-Oxley Act related to internal controls over financial reporting, preserving control procedures, processes and internal control framework, administering and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures to comply with internal control standards, and directing internal control audits and associated activities.

Singh has also designed, established, and maintained an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the department's goals and objectives. Ryan has established and implemented short and long-term departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures. Additionally, they have recommended benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance of departments.

Ryan Singh has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida State University and a Master in Accounting with a concentration in Accounting Information Systems from Florida International University. Ryan is certified by the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants as a Chartered Global Management Accountant and by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation as a Certified Public Accountant. In 2019, they were certified by the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants in Digital Mindset.
