Suzette Schilling

Suzette Schilling is the Chief Human Resources Officer, joining Entertainment Benefits Group (EBG) in September 2019. Schilling is responsible for all Human Resource functions including talent acquisition and management, corporate training and development, HRIS, employee benefits, performance management, employee relations, and strategic initiatives.

Schilling has extensive experience working within the travel and entertainment industry. Prior to EBG, she spent nearly nine years as Vice President of Human Resources with TravelClick, a leading provider of data solutions to maximize revenue in the hospitality industry. Before that, she’s held human resource roles in various capacities at Sonepar USA and Viking Electric Supply, among others.

Schilling received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Northern Iowa and her Master’s degree from University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh.
