Dana Hirsch Lipman

Dana Lipman is a seasoned legal and human resources professional currently serving as General Counsel for the Entertainment Industry Foundation since January 2021. In this role, Dana oversees all legal, human resources, and risk/compliance functions for over 30 fiscal program partners across 18 states. Dana has a strong background in human resources, having previously held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer and General Counsel at the YMCA of Metropolitan Los Angeles, where responsibilities included managing legal and HR matters for over 3,500 employees. Dana's legal career includes experience at notable law firms such as Seyfarth Shaw LLP and Proskauer Rose LLP, focusing on employment-related litigation. Dana earned a J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and a B.A. in International Relations and Psychology from Georgetown University.
