Kyiana Williams has held a variety of positions in the entertainment industry. Kyiana began their career in 2014 as a Resource Center Assistant and Office Assistant at New York University. In 2016, they took on an Intern role at Seftel Productions. In 2017, Kyiana became an Assistant Stage Manager at The Gene Frankel Theatre and a Producer at Black Entertainment Television (B.E.T.). In 2019, Kyiana founded entertwine, a recruitment platform that vets artists for large studios. In 2022, Kyiana took on the role of Business Operator at Congressional Communities.

Kyiana Williams attended New York University from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Playwriting and Screenwriting.
