James Paull-Wills has a diverse work experience, having worked in a variety of industries. From 2017 to 2021, they held various positions at The Octopus Group, including Senior Account Executive, Account Executive, Junior Account Executive, and PR & Marketing Intern. In 2017, they were an Assistant Account Executive (Intern) at Agility PR, where they were responsible for working on PR campaigns for B2B clients, writing press releases, conducting market research, and compiling coverage reports. In 2016, they were an International Sales Intern at Penguin Random House UK, where their duties included Excel-based tasks. From 2011 to 2016, they were a Level 8 Qualified Referee at the Hertfordshire Football Association, officiating youth football matches. In 2010, they were a Teaching Assistant at Anstey First School, where they were responsible for helping to safeguard the children, assisting struggling children during lessons, and teaching two lessons of their own.
