Joanne Hodson has a wealth of experience in customer success, partnerships, and development roles. Joanne began their career in 2013 as a Development Assistant at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, where they assisted in the delivery of fundraising events and building relationships with donors. Joanne then moved to The Royal College of Music in 2014 as a Development Assistant (Scholarships and Academic Awards), where they were responsible for building and managing relationships with high level donors supporting the RCM scholarship system. In 2015, they joined English National Opera as an Event Coordinator, responsible for assisting in the development and execution of all fundraising, corporate and external venue hire throughout the year. Joanne then moved to Givergy in 2016, where they held two roles: Senior Account Manager and Account Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for managing and developing relationships with a large and varied client network, predominately within the charity sector. In 2020, they joined GivePenny as a Partnerships Manager. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Enthuse as a Customer Success Manager.

Joanne Hodson attended De Montfort University from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Dance.
