Jim Noonan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jim started their career as a Route Sales Representative at Borg Equipment & Supply Co. in 1992, where they gained expertise in distribution and outside sales. Jim then became a Sales Manager at the same company, managing a team of 14 outside salespeople and 3 warehouses in California. In 2007, Jim joined Am-Pac Tire as a Sales Manager, responsible for national sales of equipment and supplies to tire stores across the US. Jim achieved $5 million in sales with a small team of two. In 2009, Jim became a National Account Manager at Orange Electronic, where they focused on setting up a network of distributors for the highly competitive TPMS market. In 2011, they joined Entisys360 as an Account Manager, specializing in desktop virtualization, server consolidation, and systems integration. Jim later transitioned to Agile360, where they served as an Account Executive until 2014. In 2016, Jim became a Co-Owner of RHAY18, a company that amalgamates various backgrounds and specializes in information technology, winemaking, carpentry, distribution management, sales, and more. Alongside their professional roles, Jim is also a Co-Owner of Four Brix Winery, a Ventura County winery producing red and white wines. Throughout their career, Jim has emphasized the importance of providing support, communication, and meeting customer needs and expectations.

Jim Noonan attended California State University, Northridge from 1985 to 1988, where they studied engineering. Following that, they pursued a degree in Technology Education at California State University, Long Beach from 1989 to 1991. Jim'sstudies at Long Beach included various subjects such as CAD, architecture, computer studies, and creative problem-solving.
