Marco Reinoso

Marco Reinoso has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Marco started their career as an IT Consultant at Universidad Pedagogica de El Salvador, where they managed and directed the Computer Systems Section, audited existing software and hardware systems, and installed and configured new LAN systems. Marco then worked as a Procurement Agent at the U.S. Department of State, American Embassy - San Salvador, where they analyzed quotations, prepared purchase orders, and developed a database to track orders and shipments. At the same company, they also served as a Systems Administrator, supporting LAN servers and workstations, developing automated database programs, and implementing new technologies.

Later, Marco worked as an IT Analyst at Lakeland Area Mass Transit District and Polk Transit, where they supervised and mentored new IT tech employees, improved data and telephone services, and served as an IT liaison for the consolidation of transit agencies in Polk County. Marco then joined Cognizant as a Senior Systems Engineer, where they installed and updated network endpoints for a major social media client and worked on the Tampa Cognizant Infrastructure and support project.

Following that, Marco served as a Desktop Manager at Clarifire and led a project to update desktops/laptops to Windows 10, managed Symantec Endpoint Protection and Quest-KACE Manager, and oversaw the onboarding of new user equipment. Most recently, they worked as a Service Support Analyst at Amalie Oil Company, providing technical support to multiple sites, managing the service desk ticketing system, and coordinating with IT managers for resolution.

Currently, Marco is employed as an EMS Desktop Engineer at e360.
