Warren Barnes

Warren Barnes is an experienced financial executive currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at e360 since June 2024, where responsibilities include partnering with Executive Leadership to drive growth. In addition, since January 2017, Warren has held the position of President at Battle Mountain Advisory Group, advising technology startups on strategy, finance, and operations. Previously, Warren was an Executive Partner at Fulcrum IT Partners, focusing on the integration of new acquisitions and success drivers, and served as CFO for QYOU MEDIA, a publicly traded media company. Warren's extensive background also includes leadership roles at Pivot Technology Solutions, where achievements included taking the company public, as well as senior positions at Applied Computer Solutions, GKN Aerospace, Honeywell, and Allied-Signal. Warren holds an MBA in Strategy from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BS in Accounting and Marketing from California State University-Long Beach.
